I'am a athletic Body Builder I have worked in body building since 6 years ago. And it's not as hard as it seems. But it's one of those things where to be really really good at it you need someone to teach you how it works, and you need to practice a lot. I had modeling lessons, and the posing sessions were short and sweet and easy to understand, you just need to practice them. Not to understand it better but just to cement it into your body memory. Practice posing in the mirror.
